Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) Staff Member Senior Policy Specialist Sarah Taub is a Senior Policy Specialist for the Human Services Research Institute, where she has worked since 1996. Ms. Taub is primarily responsible for managing the National Core Indicators (NCI), an effort to develop indicators and benchmarks of performance across state developmental disabilities service systems. Ms. Taub has worked on the NCI program since it began in 1997 and now oversees the participation of 30 states. Ms. Taub also works on various other projects related to quality management system development, resource allocation methods, and program evaluation. Prior to joining HSRI, Ms. Taub provided direct support to adults with developmental disabilities.
