What Does It Mean To Be a "Frontline Supervisor?"
Frontline Supervisors (FLSs) supervise employees (direct
support professionals)

The FLS will have many roles and responsibilities that include:

effective direct support.
- Understanding the policies and procedures
of employers and funding agencies.
- Effectively recruiting, supporting,
leading, and developing direct support professionals (DSPs).
